Single Post Fixed Leg Tilting Easel
Single Post Easels are used when both backward and forward tilt is required in a simple easel. These are studio easels that will take a relatively large canvas. High stability due to the fixed front legs. The back leg does fold for storage and transport.

I have made these in a big variety of woods sizes and with different mount designs. The mounts , like all my easels have 2 locking knobs, and slide from the top to the bottom of the centre shaft . The mounts provide full support for the boards and canvases. The top mount is wide and the face of the easel also provides support so that the mount supports and easel face are all in one plane. The rear leg folds and when you stand the easel against a wall you stand it vertical this minimizes storage space. You can nest several easels against each other. This is helpful when storing multiple easels in a studio.The unique leg design allows this. The frame of the easel is made from 19mm x 90 mm Victorian Ash. I can make it from 45x90mm at extra cost.

When easels are sent to a private home please advise a secure place where the parcel can be left, if no one is home. There is full internet tracking on the parcel to tell you when it is going to be delivered..
